I really don't see how the PvE'ers will be happy about this either, 80% of PvE'ers use Ursan..

I think they should make skill changes without saying anything. At least that would stop this weekly "QQ, they changed the skills again!"

ok read closeley how they fixed damage conversion....
they made it work wth armmour bonuses. where as before if you were wearing forstbound armour and winter was up... any damage that was converted(origonaly something else) then converted damage would ignore your frost bound benefits and do the same damage as if you wer wearing dragon scale.

stone striker is the same. geomancer insignias wil now actualy make a difference where as before, it dint work. That is why i was using blessed insignias(well one reason anyway)

Either way, I'm glad they kept their promise, but I wouldn't mind seeing it un-reverted.

I say they un-revert it, only to re-revert it again a few days later just to cause havoc. Or maybe change the weekend events to "Enjoy it While You Can" weekends, where "This skill will be overpowered starting on Friday 12PM PST, only to be nerfed to hell and made unusable on Monday at 12AM PST."

Now that's gotta keep things lively.
